College of Business Administration has always been devoted to the improvement of students’ comprehensive competence and innovative consciousness in its student management. With an education philosophy called “Study phenomena to acquire knowledge, and put knowledge into practice”, the school is characterized by “professional aspects” + “mental aspects” in its cultivation of students. On the basis of the real condition of the college and with the help of the “Office of Outstanding Student Advancement” and the “Academic Counseling Center”, the college has created a palpable learning atmosphere and built multi-layered and classified education platforms to help with the development and the success of students. With the help of branches of the Youth League Committee in the college, the Student Union, the Graduate Student Union, and other student organizations at all the levels, the school enhances the guidance for students’ ideology, enriches their college life, builds brands of student activities, expands students’ horizon in multiple aspects and various ways, and strengthens their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurship in an attempt to cultivate outstanding talents for business. The college has been maintaining a student employment rate of 100% for many years running. In recent years, the college has ranked first or second many times for student activities.

There are various eye-catching student clubs, including the Student Union, the Graduate Student Union, the MBA Association, Service Group of Blue Ribbon Volunteers, the Business Administration Academy, Scindapsus Spiritual Growth Workshop, Shangjuyuan Association of Students from Other Cities, Mingda Post, Business Stars, Maya Media, the debate team, the dance troupe, the chorus, the drama club, the basketball team, the football team, and the rugby team of the College of Business Administration. They carry out various student activities in different fields, including learning, culture, and sports, to enrich students’ learning and spare time constantly, which offers every student opportunities of showing and developing themselves on different platforms.
