"My research interest revolves around CSR, sustainability, and their implications for organizational
behavior, and societal perceptions. I delve into CSR beyond symbolism, highlighting the importance
of substantive attributions for fostering employee engagement. Additionally, my work extends to the
examination of sustainable supply chains, aiming to contribute insights into the development and
promotion of resilient supply chain practices aligned with sustainability goals. Furthermore, my
research extends to understanding the interplay between CSR and employee attitudes. Investigating
the psychological orientation of corporate social responsibility is also a key focus of my work. My
research agenda revolves around CSR, sustainability, and their implications for organizational
behavior, employee engagement, and societal perceptions. These contributions aim to provide
practical insights and foster sustainable practices in corporate settings."
